To begin I’d like to introduce our newest feature: conferencing. As of today each member will be able to specify their personal web conferencing information:
Once these are added and a service is enabled for Conferencing then all appropriate bookings will contain that conferencing information and be a breeze for your customers to join in!
What will my customers see?
The information to join the conference will appear in the Location field of the calendar entry – like so:
In addition, that information is also included in all of the confirmation & reminder emails and looks like this:

One More Thing: Physical Locations
We snuck one more feature in there – you can now add a physical meeting address to a service. Just like the conference information, it will appear in the Location field of the calendar invite.
